BEETLEJUICE returns to Broadway
He’s back… and deader than ever! BEETLEJUICE is returning to Broadway and haunting a brand new house. Based on Tim Burton’s dearly beloved film, this hilarious musical tells the story of Lydia Deetz, a strange and unusual teenager whose whole life changes when she meets a recently deceased couple and a demon with a thing for stripes.With an irreverent book, an astonishing set, and a score that’s out of this Netherworld, BEETLEJUICE is “SCREAMINGLY GOOD FUN!” (Variety). And under its uproarious surface (six feet under, to be exact), it’s a remarkably touching show about family, love, and making the most of every Day-O! Andrew Kober Joins BEAUTIFUL as 'Don Kirshner'
BroadwayWorld has just learned that Broadway veteran Andrew Kober will take over as "Don Kirshner" in Broadway's Beautiful starting July 16. Kober steps in for Paul Anthony Stewart, who will return to the show on Tuesday, September 3.

In the rubble of the London Blitz of World War II, Alice Spencer’s budding teen life is turned upside down, and she and her dear friend Alfred are forced to take shelter in an underground tube station. When the ailing Alfred is quarantined, Alice encourages him to escape with her into their cherished book and journey down the rabbit hole to Wonderland.
As they travel through the tale, Alice By Heart explores the poignancy of first love, coming to terms with loss, and finding the courage to move forward. This world premiere musical encourages us all to celebrate the transformational power of the imagination, even in the harshest of times.
